Day 1

Franklin Idaho to Layton Utah

Route

Day 1 is a long day. Ride from Franklin Idaho to Davis County. Depending on where you live, it could be over 90 miles. The plan is to do this ride on road bikes, no sag, no panniers. We will stop at convenience stores for water, lunch, and snacks.  We will make arrangements for our spouses to drop us off.

It goes from Franklin Idaho to Farmington Station. (Most of you won't go that far.)

Places of Interest

The first stop has to be at the border to get a picture of all of us standing in front of the "Welcome to Utah" sign.

Accommodations

Most of us live in Davis County so we will simply ride from Franklin to home.  If you are going and need a place to stay, just let us know and we will make arrangements to say in one of our homes in Davis County.
